Downtown West is where you get the full city experience – when we’re doing foundation work here, it’s usually on high-rise condos or converted buildings rather than traditional houses. The whole area has this urban energy, and the folks who live here chose city life for a reason. It’s not the typical residential work we do, but when we get called out here, it’s usually for something interesting.

✨ What Makes Downtown West Special

The terrain is flat and mostly built up with concrete and buildings.

The folks here are mostly young professionals and empty nesters who want to be in the heart of everything.

You’re right in the middle of everything – work, restaurants, entertainment, sports venues.

Natural Beauty

Community Feel

Convenience

From job sites up high, you get some amazing views of the river and the rest of the city. The soil underneath all the development is clay and fill dirt – it’s been worked over so many times you never know what you’ll find.

You’ll notice people are busy and focused, but they appreciate quality work when they see it. It’s not the kind of place where everyone knows their neighbors, but there’s a shared appreciation for city living.

The location works if you want to walk to everything and don’t mind the noise and activity of downtown life.
